The appointment of Jamal Abu Samhadana, Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) leader, to the post of general supervisor of the Palestinian police and ministry of the interior again demonstrated the linkage between Hamas and the PRC . Jamal Abu Samhadana, who has a long history of attacks against Israel and of collaboration with Hamas, made it clear that he intended to continue as head of the PRC and attack Israel even after his appointment to the Hamas administration. 1
