Hamas operatives seek to prosecute Israel in the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

Israel was being sued in the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague for a giant suit of $250 billion by a group of European lawyers. They represent eight members of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) in the Gaza Strip who initiated the suit for damages resulting from the alleged "crimes" Israel committed against the residents of Gaza beginning in 2007, especially the damages caused by the "siege" they claim is imposed by Israel. The suit was submitted with the aid of two international organizations. The Palestinians refer to anti-Israeli lawfare and their many appeals to the ICC as a form of "resistance" and one of the tools in their "struggle" against Israel. The PLC members claimed the suit was being submitted on behalf of the Palestinian people, but in reality it is being submitted on behalf of Hamas.

Ayman Nofal, a member of the General Military Hamas' military-terrorist wing , gave a rare interview to the al-Jazeera network. He spoke about the joint operations room of the military wings of the Palestinian organizations in the Gaza Strip. He claimed the joint operations room was an expression of the "united resistance" [terrorist organizations] in the Gaza Strip, and every future confrontation with Israel would be undertaken with its collective decisions. The idea of creating a joint operations room was first proposed in 2016. The idea was officially implemented in July 2018, in reality conducted under the leadership and direction of Hamas' military-terrorist wing. For the past three years, at the end of every year, the joint operations room has held a military, each one with a different emphasis. Palestinian reactions to the incident on the Israeli-Egyptian border in which three Israeli fighters were killed

An Egyptian border policeman infiltrated Israeli territory, fired at two IDF soldiers manning a guard post and killed them. Another fighter was killed during a pursuit after the shooter. However, on the unofficial popular level, the Palestinian media (mainly journalists and daily columnists) and social media users did not hide their glee over the attack and its consequences. They noted the IDF’s “operational failure” and praised the Egyptian policeman who carried out the attack. Some of them interpreted his act as proof of the “unity of the arenas” and as a symbol of the Arab world’s enlistment and partnership in the Palestinian struggle against Israel and for Al-Aqsa Mosque.
